Every trade on record
Who sold what, the condition and serial numbers, the payout, and the signature, ready to look up or reprint.
For independent LEGO®, game, electronics, record, and resale shops
Free for one store. Take the item, pay cash or store credit, get a signature, and print the receipt. Your records stay in a Google Sheet you own.
No credit card. Works on any tablet, laptop, or phone.
Credza runs beside your register on the tablet or laptop you already have. Nothing to install, and no new POS.
Finished trades wait on the device and send themselves when the connection is back. Nothing is lost.
Keep ringing up sales the way you do now. Any tablet, laptop, or phone with a modern browser runs the counter.
Staff unlock the counter with the Store PIN. Your settings, reports, and customer data stay behind the Owner PIN.
The customer signs on the tablet. The signature goes on the receipt and stays with the trade.
Require ID by trade value, category, or cash payouts, and turn away under-age sellers.
The counter walks staff through the same order every time, so there’s nothing to remember mid-trade.
Look up by phone number or name, or add a new customer in seconds. Their credit balance shows right away.
A sealed LEGO® set, a lot of minifigures, a console: add up to 100 items with condition, category, serial number, and the amount you’re paying.
The customer signs on screen. Choose a simple acknowledgement or full terms they scroll through.
Print a receipt with the items, payout, balance, and signature, sized for 58 mm or 80 mm receipt paper or a regular page.

Credza started behind the counter of a LEGO® resale shop, where we needed a simple, dependable way to take trade-ins and keep store credit straight. It’s built for that counter, and for every shop that buys secondhand.
Credit can only be spent in your shop, so every trade-in is a reason to come back through the door. Credza keeps every balance straight: partial spends, the balance on every receipt, and an expiry window you choose, or none.
Who sold what, the condition and serial numbers, the payout, and the signature, ready to look up or reprint.
On the free plan, everything lives in a Google Sheet in your own Google account. Credza never sees your customers.
Export a customer’s data or remove them on request, while your trade records and totals stay intact.
The free plan runs in your own Google account. You’ll need a Google account, a computer for the first two steps, and the device you’ll use at the counter.

Yes. It runs on Google Apps Script in your own Google account, so there’s nothing for us to charge for. Google’s free accounts allow about 20,000 backend requests a day.
On the free plan, in a Google Sheet you own, signatures included. You can open, back up, or export it whenever you like.
No. The tablet, laptop, or phone you already have works, with any modern browser. A receipt printer is optional: you can print to any printer or skip printing.
No. Keep your register for sales. Credza handles trade-ins and store credit: when a customer spends credit, staff take it off their balance in Credza and apply it at the register.
Yes. Each goes in as an item with its condition, category, and the price you’re paying, and a tub of bulk bricks can be one item, like “Bulk bricks, 3 kg”. There’s no set-number price guide, so you price each item yourself.
You can keep taking trades. They’re saved on the device and sent automatically when the connection returns. Redeeming store credit needs a connection, so a balance can’t be spent twice.
Yes. Pro will import your customers, balances, and trade history from your Google Sheet, so you start where you left off.
Credza captures the seller details most of those laws ask for, and on Pro it produces a regulatory report for inspections. Requirements vary by state and city, so check what applies to you.
